Easy Protein Powder Pancake Recipe


PROTEIN POWDER PANCAKE




Here is a really simple protein powder pancake recipe! They taste delicious and have 35 grams of protein. Also, this bad boy will keep you full for hours. 

I have been experimenting with different protein powder pancakes over the last year. I feel this one hits the nail on the head. The combination of stevia and vanilla really eliminates the overall protein powder taste. If this is your first time trying a protein powder pancake, it does taste a little different than regular pancakes. 

These are really yummy though! 




Ingredients:

1 large egg
2 packets stevia
1/2 cup almond coconut milk (or whichever dairy alternative you like)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use a vegan vanilla flavour from LeanFit)
Pinch cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract







Step 1: Combine egg and stevia packets



Wisk together until blended




Step 2: Add cinnamon, protein powder, vanilla and almond milk




Step 3: Spray a skillet with pam and put on medium heat

Step 4: Pour batter into pan and cook evenly on both sides


Step 5: Serve with favourite toppings! 

I personally like 1/2 cup of mixed berries and a tablespoon of peanut butter for extra protein!
